This is a great community to live in. Gerald (property manager) and his assistant Camille are really professional. Any questions, concerns, or thoughts I have been addressed in a timely manner. The property is clean, has good amenities, and is on a dead end street which makes it very quiet, cozy, and community oriented by default. I would highly recommend c street flats. I have also attached a photo of our living room! Love this place.

I moved into C Street Flats in April of 2020. The property manager Gerald and Camille were absolutely amazing throughout my stay. They were professional, empathetic, and made each interaction a very homely vibe, My apartment was the perfect size and an easy transition while moving from a house I sold. The location could not be any better because there are restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance, and it is quiet. You cannot go wrong in choosing C Street Flats as your next home.

Camille and Gerald are a great representation of superb customer service. They were very informative and willing to ensure all of my questions were answered. Now that I'm a resident, they're always accessible and go above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. The community is always clean and very quiet. No complaints at all!!
