- NO SECURITY DEPOSIT

- SOCIAL SECURITY CARD
- $25 FOR A BACKGROUND CHECK
- FIRST MONTH RENT
- SECURITY DEPOSIT (THE SAME AS THE RENT)
- PROOF OF INCOME ( PAY STUB , SSI)
- $25 FOR BACKGROUND IS NON-REFUNDABLE
