The apartment is overrated and overpriced for the renovated apartment. The renovation is cheap and breaks easily. I've been living here since June 2022...
The apartment is overrated and overpriced for the renovated apartment. The renovation is cheap and breaks easily. I've been living here since June 2022 and I've had to glue 3 drawers because the handle has fallen off just by consistently opening them. I have been waiting for them to fix my bathroom drawer that has been missing since day 1 of move in. The maintenance people will come and not have everything needed to fix the problem then say they will come back and never come back. Hence the missing bathroom drawer. As far as their price, they have a standard price for the apartment but then add about $150- $175 more for their fees which include water, parking fee, sewer, pest control,real estate tax, CAM charges, trash and service fee. They are charging me $10 every month for renters insurance even though I have my own which has been paid up for the duration of my lease of 1 year. I can't wait for my lease to end.
Oh I forgot. Since I've been here they have changed property management owners 3 times. They are on the 3rd owner just recently. I believe the new property managment owner took over around the October 25th. Go figure.
