We been here for a year n one of my cars have been town bye them I have a parking pass n they gave me a 7 day notice n I pay my rent every first of the month it's 12,24 for a 3 bedroom my sink still mess up they are so rude n the offices. Who got a water bill in the mail I been asking for them to come fix my running toilet and I have a big hole in my apartment since I been here never been fixed

My husband and i have been here since August 2020. We have watched the change in ownership. Stout Company to Robinson Group. Well its been interesting living here. Our lease is up at the end of January 2022. We want to move to their sister property in Glendale Az. Transition. Still havent heard back about the transfer. Dont want to find ourselves out of a place!!. Also from day one we asked for downstairs unit and even gave Doctors notes to be put on first floor. Old as well as New Management. Nothing has changed but the Rent!!!. Disabled Senior!!!. Like the Maintenance people!!
