Ive been hear maybe 5 hrs. And the smell is horrid ...but the carpet is worse...thank god I have my own cleaning supplies...and yea everyone said they seen roaches... I found 2 dead ones ..its about 11.30 pm n havent seen any so I'm hoping that's it for my kids sake. More reviews to come through out the week. Fyi...staff seem cool as of today...and if they would just clean better n update the the appliance ot would have gotten 3 stars Update: carpet situation was taken care of asap and the mantiance crew made sure it was done right.....adding a

This is a horrible place to stay, from the shady people and the drugs. Definitely not family friendly. The buildings are infested with cock...

This is a horrible place to stay, from the shady people and the drugs. Definitely not family friendly. The buildings are infested with cock roaches and are very run down. The doors appear to be kicked in and is it horribly scary. They have no security they are located In a very undesirable Neighborhood. The office staff is not professional and do not listen when there is a problem. I had a car vandalized on their property because they have no security. And they said it was not their concern. If you view the photos I have posted you can see how the entire building is in disrepair, shingles blowing off and hitting parked cars, along with Windows, not to mention the pool area is filthy with broken locks on the gates. The appliances are from the 70,s and barely work. Please save yourself some aggravation and stay somewhere else. The only compliment I have for this property is their Maintenance Staff. They are wonderful. My advice is stay away from Siegel Suites. They are a horrible to do business with, just read all the other reviews.

After living here for quite some time and dealing with so many issues we finally could not take it anymore and moved out. The cockroaches were out of control, management didn't care about anything except collecting rent. On many occasions I would walk into the office and see the manager Allison kissing/ and groping her underage girlfriend. Not very professional behavior. Not only was that a regular occurrence Allison was always late opening the office, as myself and several other residents watched her show up late carrying her breakfast from McDonald's. She also refused to unlock the laundry facilities until after 1 pm daily. Theses are just some of the things that you should be aware of, the list goes on and on if you need more . Except for the abysmal WiFi, this is student housing at its finest! Internet slow downs make this the poorest internet service since dial up....

It's 2016 and those vintage TVs, with no HDMI are not a good throw back. Helpful and friendly staff, though, and overall not as scary most weekly places in Vegas.

I am locked in for the week but they can look forward to a new review every day. Tomorrow raiting on pool.....scary. Rent a room don't touch anything. Office closed at 5 if you need anything. Just checked the pool when they showed it to me they didn't mention it was closed. FU...RS!!!

People there were always playing loud music and always partying. Wouldnt recommend it unless you dont want any sleep.

if i could i would give this place zero stars, first off i paid for a week and the first day i went in the unit after my spouse paid for the room and checked to see if it had an bugs i started finding roaches and a ton of them we told Alison the property manager and she wanted to argue with us about it and when we asked if she could come to the unit and see for her self she said "ive been working 10 hours a day this week and I'm going home" so she had the maintance man spray my unit but that did not help and i kept seeing them so during the night i left all the light on in the place and it got worse i seen them coming out of the ovens, wall sockets, the walls on the floor like it wasnt nothing and i went back the net day and told her that i wanted my money back or to be changed to a different room she argued with me and said i needed more proof so i took more photos and videos and needless to say i got moved to another unit for free and she apologized saying that there was an infestation and that she was sorry i got to choose from to units the first unit i got to look at was upstairs and when i checked cabinets i seen a dead roach and that made me think that the unit still had them so we go to the next unit and i did not see any dead roaches or fecal matter or roach eggs so i took this unit but not even 5 mins after taking it i seen a roach and soon after i would see more but not as much as the first unit the give us and i asked people that lived here and the exterminator if the roaches are in the walls and he said yes and another problem is my bathroom tub the seal underneath is broken so when you turn the water on it leaks very bad it would not be a bad place if they got rid of the roaches the units are big but the appliances are outdated and some the units have a foul smell but i would recommend the Siegel Suite on Tropicana or Las Vegas blvd i stayed at them to and i havent had any problems expect that when i was at the siegel suite on Tropicana i found 2 roachs but that was the first time ive ever seen that in the 6 months that i stayed there and the exterminator sprayed and they were gone i did not see them anymore and the maintance is slow i waited 6 months for them fix my heat and air other that i loved those two places

I also became professional roach killa. Booked for a week !! What have I done lol... had to leave early even left a note telling them wtf basicly... Never ever again. .. horrible horrible place
