Nice cozy place, been here for a while... Sadly I have to give this place only two stars.... This complex is full of pimps, dealers, hoes, gangs, and most of all, these stinky junkies and they all over the complex.. majority these ppl don't work they stay home all day long stinking up their units (prob on welfare or low income) if you know what I mean. That's why these complex full of roaches because they very nasty as well..too busy buying weed, achohol, cigarettes, and drugs instead of going to the family Dollar and invest a mop and a broom and clean up after their funky behinds...The staff, I'm not going there... the manager she's nothing but a flat out joke......All I'm saying if you coming to Vegas and Siegel's is your only choice stay to yourself,
mind your business at least try to...keep your doors close and lock and watch your surroundings at all times for your safety and you be ok... Have a good day and Good Luck...

Even if you're on a budget, this is not worth it. It looks fine on the outside during the day but this is not a place (if you're a mother)(this review is for mother's who might be interested in this place). Other wise it's perfect a single male or female. Good prices ( today it was $306 and some change)

There are roaches. They need to spray. Washer machines un launder room leak water. Security guard is nice but needs to make more rounds.

I was miss quoted the price. Almost assaulted, did not stay even one night and they have an absolutely no refund policy. They expect a 48 hour notice to vacate and it cost 1400 almost a month! place was no where near what photos show. they took a deposit prior to me looking at the place. Please do yourself a favor and don't stay here. Junkies everywhere. I feared for my children and I staying there. We stayed in our car instead.

I have lived here for the past 6 years, I can assure you that I would never stay in a place which has any type of bug issues, this location not only has maintenence spraying they also have a professional company which sprays and baits for bugs.
The management on down are professional, knowledgeable, sincere, and extremely helpful when it comes to the tenants here, the people putting these negative reviews are short timers or can't afford staying here for more then a week or two, we have security here and the officers are past veterans of every military branch we have.we have a small community here and enjoy our experience.

There cable is horrible as well as theyre WiFi high speed.. not cleanly. roach problem manger has a absolutely bad attitude they do mandatory inspections but yet cant fix the simple problems the kitchen is dreadful. Carpets are basic . Wall paint looks like a 6 year did the repair job. The air conditioning filter nasty. Missing blinds . Horrible neighborhood not a safe area to have your children or self outside. Nothing is updated furniture is livable the beds have no plastic cover on it. The worst I have ever came across in traveling.
I was there they shut off all the water with no warning . Couldnt take a shower or run water to wash my hands couldnt flush the toilet its disgusting so upset my money was wasted .

Worst place on the PLANET! This place sucks MAJOR balls. I've been here for 2 weeks that I greatly regret. The staff is rude and lazy. The've had the pool closed almost the entire time we've been here. Because they are too lazy to walk over and lock up at the end of the night. When we first arrived, the carpets were filthy. I had to go ask the front desk to clean them. They had us wait outside the apartment while they supposedly cleaned it but in reality I think they just vacuumed and put air freshener spray. The carpet was still extremely Filthy. I should have left at that point but I had already checked out of my other weekly (The Budget Suites of America) a much nicer place by far. Mistakes, mistakes. You live and you learn. Please learn from my mistake. NEVER come here if you stay in Vegas. Run FAR away from this place.

Every morning you wake to the sounds of children screaming because they are constantly being abused.The manager doesn't care because she gets a kickback from everyone. Also if something happens the police will not come out for anything! My best friend was jumped by 10 gang members as I had to watch from a second story unit, all 10 were residents never Checked out by the Mgr Rhonda and gladly rented to them when everyone is supposed to have a background check. They robbed him then left him for dead. I called 911 at least 7 times before they showed up over an hour later only to have Rhonda lie and say my friend was the trouble maker. He spent 2 weeks in icu and needed his entire face reconstructed, while the real criminal walks free.

Ive been renting from Siegel at this location for over 6 months and I'm am a very picky person do far so good. I am very scared of bugs of any kind ivevsaw an occasional roach from time to time but nothing I cannot handle we simply keep our place clean we don't have children we had a few complaints when we first moved here we gave them the list. It took a bit longer than expected to get it done but we r satisfied. We r not bothered by neighbors because we stay to yourself and mind our own business we go to work home and sleep with the same routine everyday. Mgmt and staff have been more than nice. The only problem I have here with the establishment is Parking u may have a different parking spot everyday of the week watch out for the non drivers who r probably intoxicated or high

I told manager I have to pay my rent first. If she doesn't like you you'll never get anything. Now my fan was broken because of electrical circuit has no cover.

The manager said because it is cold outside the roaches are coming inside. Well, the premium hotels don't seem to have that problem. In my opinion, the real reason is the lack of cleanliness and hygiene of those living at the property permanently. Unfortunately, when I leave, I will have to shake all my clothing out to make sure I don't carry any insects back to my permanent residence. Roaches come from unsanitary conditions, period!!. I am very, very, disappointed in Siegel Suites, seems like corporate ghetto housing.
