Security & Monitoring:
Monitor and report suspicious activity to property manager, Board of Directors, or law enforcement as appropriate.
Monitor and report unauthorized parking on the property.
Monitor and report unauthorized use of facility trash receptacles.
Periodically walk buildings and parking lots to check for loitering or anything out of order.
Check that exterior doors to common areas are closed and locked regularly.
Facility Oversight:
Monitor and report whether electronic gate systems close daily at 10:00 p.m.
Monitor and report if snow plowing is not occurring as contracted
Monitor and report any damage from weather, vandalism, or accidents
Check compressors in sprinkler control rooms on a monthly basis
