Windover Apartments

By A Google User, August 31, 2018 Its a really nice complex and plenty of room. But some of the people are extremely rude here. But there are some nice ones too. Also when something needs to be fixed it takes forever to get done. So for the money Id find another place to live. When my lease is up i plan on moving. But I will say the apartments are nice. But other then that there are places that are better.

By A Google User, August 06, 2018 I recently moved from Windover. I loved my townhouse and the area was great. Maintenance was on point. My only issue was with the management. They were only concerned with leasing apartments and getting that bonus. I would have renewed my lease if it wasnt for that. I felt like they were annoyed by anyone coming in that wasnt there to rent an apartment. Basically if you already lived there, they didnt have time for you but like I said, my townhouse was beautiful and I had a great view of the pool.

Any time I've called maintenance or gone to the office they've always been very professional and ready to help with whatever you need. I really do recommend this place for anyone, especially if you have a pup because they even have a dog park and it's a really good way to let you four-legged buddy get some exercise.

By Google User1996, March 29, 2018 The apartments are okay. Its an older complex with the issues youd expect in older buildings. Maintenance does okay with most of it. The office staff just doesnt seem friendly. Theyre too sales-oriented and thats disappointing. Lots of staff/management turnover.

The grounds are very well maintained and the unit was spotless when I moved in. Overall, I'm very happy to have signed here.

By sam stallings, May 10, 2016 Aside from the constant construction noise in the morning, this is a great place to live. I originally moved here with my girlfriend in a 2 BR. It didn't work out, but the staff let me transfer to a 1 bedroom. It was painless. Maintenance is usually prompt.

By A Google User, September 05, 2011 I lived at Windover during my time as a student at UT. I moved recently to another city for work. I loved living here. The staff is very friendly (both maintenance and the folks in the office) and repairs are made very quickly. The events sponsored by the complex are always fun, just wish I could have visited more (life as a graduate student in the sciences is quite demanding). I dare say that my fine neighbors and the great staff really make this apartment complex. The buildings are rock solid concrete and brick. I heard nothing the entire time I was there, save for the garbage trucks emptying the dumpsters and landscaping folks. Bugs were not an issue, only saw about 1 roach a year. The landscapers they hire do an excellent job, really makes it a beautiful neighborhood. I strongly suggest this apartment complex to anyone that might be in the market for one, would still be living there if not for work.

By A Google User, May 12, 2010 I have lived in these apartments for three years. Although I will be moving to a house, I had to write a positive review since it has been such a great place to live. Not only is it affordable, but it really is a community. Furthermore, the staff is exceptional! They truly care and like to get to know their residents. Last year on a cold winter morning, I had an appointment and my car wouldn't start. The manager generously gave me a ride to my appointment. Truly someone who goes above and beyond. As for some of the comments about noise in responses below -- I never once had a noise issue, although I was on a top floor apartment which could have minimized things. I would recommend Windover to anyone!
