I love this apartment complex.. Great value for the area (yeah my rent does go up every few years but they are still slightly lower than others in the area) great location!! This great location is what causes the rent and property value to go up but who cares! I love being able to walk to Whole Foods or less than a 2 min drive.. I love being close to McKays.. Less than 5 mins from my YMCA (west side y).. They also do a great job keeping the community up!! All the leasing ladies and manager know me by name which is also great! And are all VERY FRIENDLY.. My unit has been updated several times, all you have to do is ask!! I asked for tile to be put in front of my door.. Normally you have to be a resident for 5 years before they will do it for free.. I had only been here for 3 at the time.. The manager said "sure" and did it.. My unit has new counter tops (They put in the week I moved in), New lights and more.. They do what they can to update with the limited time they have.. Several weeks ago the manager was in my unit when they where changing air filters.. She said "Hey, if the bathroom tile needs replacing just let me know.. Its starting to look very old". It doesn't bother me but hey they offered! Steve, and the rest of the maintenance staff are top notch! Put a request in and its fixed in a few hours.. Even major issues like AC going out! (I have lived in Apartments in the area who "Have to order parts" just to refill the AC and it takes a week or longer.. London town either has those parts or goes and buys them locally) I have been here going on 6 years now and look forward to renewing again and again until I become a home owner.. I wouldn't even consider moving anywhere else :) Great Location, Great Price, and overall they do what they can to help you out!

I do not recommend this property for families. We were at this property on a 6 month lease after transferring in from out of town for business. The move in process was frought with issues, the apartment had not been cleaned and we had to move our things into it and it was cleaned 4 days later. There were numerous issues with odor, loud neighbors, etc. The apartment itself has not had any updates for probably 20+ years. We ended up paying $950 for a 3 bedroom that was very run down. The property manager chose defensiveness over solutions. I will say there was one associate who was particularly helpful. Her name is Sarah. She spent time trying to find a solution via the Londontown Villas. We just could not make the small living room or the stairs work for us but they were definitely lovely as was Sarah. We have since moved to Copper Pointe Apartments and have been extremely pleased! Fully updated apartments, absolutely wonderful staff, especially Megan!
