Needs a good, reliable, quick, & honest heat/air person, or two. Maybe needs better management when entire heat/air units need replacement. Full rent payment, on time, is most likely STILL expected, although gauranteed/promised months ago, & paid for air conditioning is STILL not there, while "well paid for June" is here too, & a HOTJuly following soon, some have health issues that require their AC, & some have babies with health concerns too, & NEED their AC, and, they get heat rash, while someone (probably with a handy-dandy working AC, drags their feet...? That one family isn't complaining, but, while noticing much, I noticed they paid in full again... Still, inadequate air. Grass needs chopped soon too. I sooo have the "perfect evenings & wknds. maintenance man" for this place, if ONLY we COULD work out such a thing as a spare/part-timeish maintenance & groundskeeper man." (Such great townhouse/apartments with even more awesome potential to see them slip into disrepair. Just saying... )

Aside from a few broken things when I first moved in that could have been fixed before hand, it has been an overall decent experience living here. Granted, Ive only been here for about two weeks. I would give it five stars, but I have deplorable neighbors that nobody seems to want to do anything about. The office staff response to maintenance calls promptly, which is nice. And the maintenance staff is friendly. People do not clean up after their animals, and that is disgusting. Will update my review after I decide whether not to renew my lease next year.
