I was a resident at this location for almost six years. The office staff and maintenance staff were great and handled all requests in a timely manner. The apartments are usually very quiet and well kept. During the hurricane only the streets flooded and never went over the front step. The apartments are next to a fire station and rarely loses power and if so only a brief minute or two.
