We moved in a little over a month ago and so far I have only great things to say about Thornton Park. From our first visit they were accommodating and showed us around very close to closing time. During application they responded to all our questions and kept us informed. They uphold special offers/discounts and the price is way better than nearby competitors. Our requests (balcony view) were accommodated. The office staff is friendly (if you're polite and friendly!) and responsive, I always get a quick email reply. They solve problems without me coming into the office. The after-hours staff is helpful and always around. Our unit looked brand new on move-in day. Work orders are completed quickly and you get an email confirmation. The trash valet is prompt and the compactor is serviced regularly. They do their best to enforce speed limit and stop sign adherence and I've seen a police officer patrolling the parking lot a few times. Of course things that just come with apartment living that they cannot control (noisy neighbors) might impact your experience but I really feel like the property management company and employees care and are good at their jobs.
If your are looking for a balance of price, space, amenities, and staff this is one of the best apartments in Jax, hands down....
If your are looking for a balance of price, space, amenities, and staff this is one of the best apartments in Jax, hands down. The apartments are very homey and they have a ton of floor plans to choose from. I love that they have two pools so there's always an opportunity to find a relaxing spot. Would move back to this place in a heartbeat. Also love the fact that all amenities stay open until 10, they also have someone manning the office until 10 pm so you are able to ask questions, drop off rent, and pick up packages daily. The staff makes this complex very convenient on top of it being a luxury property.
My move into Thornton park has went very smoothly. So far no major problems. We are very happy. Amanda was very helpful with our move.
