Looking for tenants who are clean, responsible, quiet, and respectful. No alcohol, vaping/smoking, weed/marijuana, drugs, loud music, or parties. The two housemates are working professionals in their early-mid 20’s, looking for similar of any gender. Must be amenable to 1 dog, 1 cat, and 2 snakes living on premises- no additional pets allowed.
