Looking for tenant who is clean, responsible, quiet, and respectful. No alcohol, vaping/smoking, weed/marijuana, drugs, loud music, or parties. The two existing housemates (1 male, 1 female) are working professionals in their 20’s, looking for similar of any gender. Shared bathroom is with a female. Must be amenable to 1 dog (usually kept in master BR), 2 snakes housed in enclosure and 1 cat (usually kept in 2nd room) residing on premises- please, no additional pets.
