These unique studio apartments feature a corner layout that offers a more secluded kitchen area and closet space. Kitchens are fully furnished with a full-size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of counters and cabinet space.
Garden Pointe is near Centre West shopping, restaurants, and more. Enjoy easy access to I-65. Our residents have access to a pool with sundeck, playground, fitness center, and package room.
We allow up to 2 pets with no breed or size restrictions. We require a $250 non-refundable fee per pet due at move-in and a $25/month pet rent per pet.
We run eviction, credit, rental, employment, and criminal background checks. We require a combined household income of at least 3x rent, no collections out to other property managers or utility companies, no open bankruptcies, and no eviction judgments within the past five years.
A $70 monthly utility fee includes water, sewer, trash services, lawn care, pest control, parking & snow removal.
