Im really happy with my choice to live at Northview. I leased my apartment from Northview's property manager Victor. Victor was quick to process my application and answer any questions that I had. It was evident that Victor has been in the apartment industry for many years, he knows how to make his tenants happy. The apartments are well maintained by their full time maintenance staff. Larry performs all of the maintenance on the property. Larry is quick to respond to any maintenance request that you have. He is extremely knowledge and friendly. While renting at Northview you will have access to a workout area and the pool during the summer. Lastly, you will be within walking distance of Target and Kroger.

Just moved out after 2 years and can say it was a great living experience. Victor and the Northview staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself was very quiet and the neighbors seem to all be very friendly. Overall great experience and I will definitely miss the location, close to Kroger, target and several very good restaurants.
Nice place to live. Tucked away, but still near all the essentials. Reasonably priced and quick to respond to any issues at the office.

The bad: The ceilings (or at the least the one in my unit) are super thin. I have never heard my neighbors on either side of me, but I can hear a cabinet door shut from above me. My friends have remarked how loud my upstairs neighbor's footsteps are on more than one occasion, but I've had multiple upstairs neighbors, and the one constant is being able to hear every step they take, loud and clear. Cross your fingers that your upstairs neighbors work a similar schedule.

My husband stayed in Northview for a few months and was delighted with his experience (as was I when I visited)! The location is fantastic, as everything you might need to buy/see is a 5-10 min drive away max (i.e. Keystone mall is 5 minutes away, Broad Ripple is 5 minutes, Kroger is 2 minutes, etc.). What we also really liked about Northview is how safe it felt there. The neighbors were very nice and respectful. No loud music or partying. My husband only had one minor maintenance issue while he lived there, which was resolved only a few hours after we put in the request. Lastly, it is a great price for living in the city of Indianapolis! Would highly recommend to anyone looking!

I love living here because it is very peaceful and quiet. As well as the beautiful scenery with trees, woods, small creeks and bridges and so on. Although, I moved in here last winter time it was still beautiful. And now that spring and summer has arrived it just takes your breathe away. The people are professional and the staff and Larry are so nice. They stay on top of things here. The grounds and landscape are just wonderful to look at. I love opening up my windows and hearing the birds sing and the squirrels run up the trees. Many things to do here in this area and convenient to get to.
