Shoutout to Jennifer for getting us into our apartment the next day when something happened with our previous plans. The apartment complex is clean and well maintained. The office staff are wonderful and do their best to help you with any issues that come up. I couldnt be more appreciative of them.

I loving calling this place home! I have lived here for over a year and not once have I experienced any serious issues! The office staff is friendly and respond in a timely manner. The potholes in the road have been fixed so the drive is smooth, the complex is quiet at night which makes it very relaxing, maintenance does trash pickup on Tuesdays and are quick to respond to any concerns that you need to have addressed. I love that the pool is sparkling and clean whenever we use it in the summer. Pest control come every few months to make sure the buildings are pest free and well maintained. If you're considering living here I strongly recommend doing so!

I love living here! The staff in the office are very friendly and attentive to your needs, the apartments are beautiful, spacious, and updated with modern design and we get a clean, sparkling pool in the summer time! They also do pest control and I have yet to see a single pest this year in my apartment! They even do monthly giveaways and keep you up to speed via email on any changes or events within the community! I have to say if you are looking for a safe, clean, professional, and reliable place to call home The Cedars is it!

Beautiful property! Fantastic amenities that are rare anywhere else. Office staff is beautifully amazing at their job and service is excellent! Maintenance is professional, punctual, very friendly and they go the extra mile when needed. The atmosphere is very family-friendly. Love it here!

I personally loved these apartments, I would definitely live here again, I just do not have the funds to sign a new lease here. price is a bit high for no washer or dryer in the units but other than that i love that they pick up your trash for you on Wednesdays, they are great about the snow removal and putting salt down. Definitely recommend a tour before you sign. wish the fitness center was open to the public again. Because of COVID, I was unable to tour my apartment and just wished I would have been able to see the unit first. other than that, no major complaints. I would recommend Cedar Ridge to anyone looking for a nicer/safer community in Independence, MO to live in.
