SKI LEASE “Bristol's Edge” ~ Hot Tub Property Near Northstar!
***This property is available for a WINTER SKI LEASE for 4 months starting as early as January 5th, 2027 and ending as late as May 10th, 2027.
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
*$4,825/month plus utilities
*Entire balance for the ski lease will be due upfront.
*Natural Gas and Electricity accounts to be transferred into Tenant's name for the entire lease term and paid directly to the service provider by Tenant.
*$1,540 for the term for the fixed utilities and one-time expenses. This amount a month pays for the spa services, water/sewer, trash, keyless entry and high speed internet service along with any one-time expense (damage plan, booking fee, utility transfer fees).
*$1,000 non-refundable holding fee will be required upfront to secure the house. This fee will be applied to the deposit upon lease signing.
*Security deposit equal to one month's rent + $500 estimated move-out cleaning fee. If the house is left in excellent rental condition at move-out, with no cleaning needed and no damage, the entire deposit shall be refunded within 21 days.
*Tenant is responsible for clearing the parking area/driveway.
