SKI LEASE "Jewel Box" - Spacious 3-Bedroom Ranch Near Northstar & Snowmobile Trailheads
***This property is available for a WINTER SKI LEASE for 4 months starting on December 1st, 2026 to March 31st, 2027.
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
*$2,950/month plus utilities
*Entire balance for the ski lease will be due upfront.
*Natural Gas and Electricity accounts to be transferred into Tenant's name for the entire lease term and paid directly to the service provider by Tenant.
*$385 a month total for the fixed utilities. This amount a month pays for the water/sewer, trash, cable tv and high speed internet service along with any on-time expense (damage plan, booking fee, utility transfer fees). The total amount of $1,525 for the utilities and expenses is due upfront along with the rent.
*$1,000 non-refundable holding fee will be required upfront to secure the house. This fee will be applied to the deposit upon lease signing.
*Security deposit equal to one month's rent + $500 estimated move-out cleaning fee. If the house is left in excellent rental condition at move-out, with no cleaning needed and no damage, the entire deposit shall be refunded within 21 days.
