The new manager, Mary, is the best one we have ever had! She listens and tries to solve our problems.
We had a resident here who was ill and she brought her chicken soup on her day off! She goes above and beyond for us. I hope we never loose her.

Aimee is by far the greatest manager I have met. She goes above and beyond to care for the tenants at Elk Creek Apartments. I personally had an experience in which my mother desperately needed her medicine- Aimee made sure to have the UPS driver look again to find the medicine that was accidentally left on the truck. I will always be grateful for Aimee's consideration.
Love these apartments, new management is great. Ive never heard of any problems. Neighbors are friendly and they are close to stores etc.

Living here stretches your imagination. Residents are nice. I need a key fob to get in the doors, been over 5 months, and a key to the outside storage door. Now that the snow is upon us, I would like to get my car off the road and into the apartment parking lot for safety reason. I have trouble walking and need the car near by, but not on the street. Rent is OK, be glad when the building re-opens (Covid restrictions), miss the residents.
