Bills include all utilities, trash, recycling, wifi, yard maintenance, and monthly house cleaning in shared spaces. Conditioned storage space available for additional fee upon request.
Bedroom D - Enjoy your own private bedroom with a spacious closet and a shared bath around the corner. You are also welcome to a space in the shared co-working area. Rent is $800 and includes all utilities, trash, recycling, wifi, yard maintenance, and monthly house cleaning in shared spaces (not private bedroom). Conditioned storage space available for additional fee upon request. Renter responsible for rental insurance, and security deposit to match room rent. On street parking.
