When you put a maintenance request they come right away. Linda, Valerie, and Anna are great and have been VERY helpful whenever things need attention.
The pool is great for families. Tons of kids live here in the complex.
The apartments have been upgrading which has also been really nice. They just recently redid the pool and my walkway.
They have also been hosting events for holidays.
I cant speak for everyone but most of the residents are decent and very considerate.

I have lived here nearly 6 years and have loved nearly every minute. Though I wish there were more evening activities when the residents are home, I enjoy living here. I can't wait for a market correction to drop the rents.
Since I've lived here, the leasing office and maintenance staff has changed, but the service gets better with every change. Anna, the current manager, and Bryan, the maintenance supervisor, make sure we're safe and in exellent repair. Things get fixed around here VERY quickly!! It's a quiet, peaceful community.
I would like to see the appliances upgraded, especially the washers and dryers, to the most modern and efficient machinery. But, it is awesome that we can grumble about them!
