I have been living at Avalon Huntington Beach since 2020, and I am really happy with this place. Avalon team provides excellent customer services. For some personal reasons, I paid to break the lease to move out, but then changed my mind and stay. I spoke to Kennedy Wallace, community consultant. Kennedy walked me through the process and made it very easy for me. He is very responsive and helpful. 5 stars for Kennedy.
The place is very nice and clean. Maintain service requests are completed on the same day. I will choose to stay at Avalon HB long term.

Moving in was a STRUGGLE! Just one of those days that happen in a movie, not in real life. However, things happen. People are human and the front office staff made things right. Although, the real blessing of this property is Monika! She is just so down to earth and so nice and professional. She doesnt just put on a corporate facade and fix problemsshe remains human and talks to you like a friend. She hears you and that means the world. Avalon is lucky to have her and I am so happy to be living in such a beautiful and amazing apartment!
Went on a tour, friendly and fun guides. The community is nice and well maintain. Ill definitely recommend to friend.
