Guests will have access to the entire home except garage and some closets.
We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!
HOUSE RULES
>Must be 25 years old to book
>No parties
>No events
>No smoking inside
>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - per city ordinance
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
>There is a pool gate (key access) for safety
>Once a month cleaning required - paid by guest
>Mid stay clean required if stay is longer than 1 month - paid by guest, not part of initial reservation
POOL/SPA HEATING
>$75/day, full stay required
>Spa only heating is $300/month (first month included in 30 day rental)
PETS
>Not a pet friendly home
>$200/day fine if pet brought
CAMERAS
There are two security cameras in the front yard on each end of the house, and one in the backyard. We also have a Ring doorbell camera.
