I moved in the fall from another state....and after paying my deposit I was told our unit was not available, I complained and it magically was again. We have had issues on issues to the point that it is senseless and a waste of time to complain! The management is terrible, you put in work orders people don't show up, you complain and there no empathy. We have things still undone from day 1 we moved in. They refused to change the carpet, although they said they would, then after we signed the lease said they would just clean it, but it doesn't look very clean. The walls are paper thin, so you hear everything! Sex, fighting neighbors, music and the garage doors opening and closing all night! It's a nightmare if you work like me all over the clock! No good time to rest! I've been in facilities management for over 14 years and I've never seen a management company so horrible! The assistant is a pretty, but that's about all she's got going for her, she's an air head! I had to go directly to the manager after finding from the maintenance guys that they had never heard of half my request. The rent is 1655.00 and place is worth no more than 1000.00. Can't wait until our lease is up! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.......CONTINUE YOUR SEARCH! Be careful they also manage Deer Ridge!
