Unfortunately our pool deck with Jacuzzi, and tennis courts is closed for repairs until the end of October 2026. This is reflected in a lower rental rate of $5900/month + tax and final cleaning. Normal rates of $6500-$7500/month will prevail after.

Each small, clean, quiet, well behaved pet is $20/day extra and has to obey to the Condo rules.
Single days are prorated at full monthly rate/30.
Parking is available for $8/day plus tax.
