This apartment was FILTHY when I moved in. Nothing had been wiped down and I had to spend hours cleaning. The problems didn't end afterwards. The electric/gas bill is crazy high. I live on the top floor and can hear people surrounding me. You can't take more than a 10-15 min shower before the hot water runs out. You have to close the bedroom door at night or else you can hear the fridge humming because it's so old. And because the hallways are exposed to the outside, all the bugs fly in & are attracted to the light. I was told during the tour that they clean the hallways but they are dirty and people leave garbage outside. Don't be fooled this is not a luxury apartment. It's an ordinary apartment that charges you obnoxious prices.

My experience was ok, be prepared to pay luxury prices for a below mediocre living experience. Based on my experience... - Apartments are always cold, which WILL raise your energy bills - Not energy efficient at all, a computer in sleep mode caused a surge in energy bills - Appliances and cabinets are outdated and old, and loud. - Multiple bathroom leaks that went untreated after multiple complaints. Maintenance finally shows up to repair the leaks and left a horrible mess in the bathroom and all over the floors. Never returned to clean it up. - Not the ideal living situation for someone with asthma. Requested to change filters, note was left that the task was done. Low and behold, the filter was never replaced. - Maintenance replaced a weather strip and actually BROKE the door, so all winter I had to watch the snow build up inside my apartment around the door. After multiple complaints (and after winter) the weather strip was replaced. This fix made it initially impossible to close and lock the door. - Walls and floors are super thin. - Poor airflow throughout the apartment - Hot water does not last. - Dog Breed restriction Office staff is good and responsive. Maintenance staff not so much. Be prepared to get nickel and dimed.

The rooms are facing a large parking lot so you can hear cars beeping throughout the night. However that is just me being picky because of my dislike for the management. I was told when I first toured that "you are paying for the excellent services provided." That couldn't be farther from the truth. They were nice before I put in my application but that was the end of it. I called to ask a question and was hung up on. I've had various concerns with no replies from the office. I should not have to ask multiple times for basic information. I can't go into too many details because I still live here but this needed to be written because this apartment does not deserve all the positive reviews.
