I moved to this place a month ago and this place exceeded my expectations. I am a bit picky when it comes to where I live and I have phobia from bugs and hate noise. Given that background, I found this place outstanding. The staff are very professional and respectful. They resolve all concerns and service requests in a timely manner. The community is also very beautiful here and is very family oriented. I feel positive waking up daily to seeing families and kids going to school. Most of the time this place is very quiet. I rarely heard a few noises at night on weekends only, but generally super quiet and you can get well rested sleep without worrying about loud neighbors or anything of that sort.
The staff are very caring and when I moved in I submitted 3 work requests and they were able to take care of them right away. It's rare to find a place like that nowadays when nobody wants to work and enjoys being lazy.
I appreciate how management mandates a drug free and smoke free environment. Also, I really love how they take care of landscaping and ensure a beautiful and presentable neighborhood. The community is full of small families and professional people. The community is very safe I would say and facilities are full of cameras. The gym also is very nice and adequate if you are trying to do some workouts and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are a student or a working professional looking for a good housing in Miami.
The maintenance crew including Mauricio and Israel are excellent. Great listeners and resolve issues promptly.
