Foxhill - now pre leasing for the 2024-2025 school year! -1470 Devon Lane. - We are leasing now for the upcoming school year. FoxHill Townhomes is located right by JMU off Port Republic Road. We offer four-bedroom townhomes with two full baths. Each level offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large living room. There is a large main kitchen on the first level and a full-size washer and dryer on the second level. Our townhomes are $525/ per bedroom with one one-month rent security deposit.
Foxhill Townhomes is located on JMU's bus line and is close enough to walk or bike to campus, shopping, and restaurants!
Please get your group to apply and once we have our move-out notices in your group will be the first in line for a Fox Hill townhome. Application fees are nonrefundable and your entire group needs to apply to get on the wait list.
We are pet-friendly, however, we cannot accept aggressive breeds or puppies. Our units have all been remodeled and updated!
The application process consists of reviewing your income source and calculating your debt-to-income ratio (Rent plus monthly payments per your credit report divided by your income). We will also contact your previous rental reference, screen your credit, and review criminal and eviction records. For those renting from a private landlord, a copy of your lease will be required.
