Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, applicants should meet the following minimum qualifications:
Government-issued photo ID required for all applicants
Gross household income of at least 2.75× the monthly rent (minimum $5,000 per month)
All occupants age 18 and older must submit a separate application
Verifiable employment and income
Positive rental history with favorable landlord references
No prior evictions within the past 3 years
No open bankruptcies
Background screening required
Credit history will be evaluated as part of the overall application
