Poor managers, they can't keep maintenence men, we have new management every 3 to 6 month. Please do not move here. Nice area but poor everything, it takes a long time to get things fix in these apartments. We have a main maintenance man name Eddie that steals from people, he has got fIre and quit twice. I'm giving you people are head ups about this place. Yes we have Krogers, Wells Fargo gas station and the college here, all nice and everything. Rent is alright. We have people that might stay but also a uhaul out here. I wonder why. Come and move in and see yourself, you might the area but this place is un organization. Thanks for reading this.

I lived at the ashford/vineyard villas for a year and I hated it, There was a stain on my carpet from the previous resident in one of the bedrooms that I was promised was going to either be removed or the carpet was going to be replaced before I even moved in and that never happened. So i never used my second bedroom and I was neeevvverr offered a discount or reimbursement on my rent. They have a pretty bad bug problem and stray cat problem even with them sending out an exterminator. I moved out in October which took everything in me to stay (I tried to break my lease like 7 months in but they said they would charge me) and my problems are still not over. It's now december and I have yet to get my refund which the amount that they are refunding me is ridiculous because I left my home in better condition than it was given to me in. I have called every bit of 15 times since I got the email regarding my refund and I promise I've only spoken with an actual staff member at this location maybe twice and they say they'll look into it and give me a call back in 15 minutes and obviously I've never gotten a callback and all the other times I get their answering service. It doesn't matter when I call within their business hours THEY DON'T ANSWER! i almost feel like they have my number blocked if that's possible so i end up calling their sister property vineyard place and that goes nowhere also. I regret the day I moved into this place,yes the location is good,the price is amazing and the neighbors keep to themselves but I will never recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy because they have no customer service,don't care about their residents' happiness all they want is ur check. Thank God I moved out but do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to live.
