Bug infestation-roaches, spiders- was a major problem but it seems they spray monthly now but there were still bugs when I left. Maintenance man is a nice stand up guy but can't fix some things like the vent system that seems to be chronically damaged and causes the apartment to smell. My apartment had smells that would never go away like it had cigarette damage or mold and it seeped into clothes and other items. Also there are a lot of mental health patients in the complex because they have a contract with the city and they don't usually release this information to you so you never know what you're going to get as far as neighbors. Rated low because of the bugs and smell.
