DON'T MOVE HERE - This place does NOT care about it's tenants other than collecting rent. Gates are breaking. Maintenance lies about repairs that may take them over a month to repair. Maintenance negligence led to auto theft for a tenant. Apt doesn't meet city code and city code inspectors are on the apt side regarding apt temperature. Mgmt doesn't understand English. Appliance break consistently. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! I"ve spoken to other tenants and they are not pleased with this mgmt company. One tenant said her new apt ceiling was falling down, another said he had to come get his keys three times.

The management group could care less about the residents. They ONLY WANT RENT MONEY. Homeless have it better I think. So If you are considering moving here, well I'd rethink that. YOUR WASTING MONEY and YOUR MOVING TO THE MOST VANDALIZED PROPERTY. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO LIVE. YUCK YUCK YUCK NASTY

Love it here!! Its quiet , neighbors are friendly and my move in was easy.. They have a move in truck always available for use!! Very affordable. Ive just recently downsized from a 1 bedroom to a 2. Monica and Crystal made the transfer very simple and easy. Theyre known for their great customer service , being available for tenants and responding to matters quickly and assertively .. As long as they keep those two managers here , i am very comfortable where Im at!! Good Job Ladies

2nd day of ants crawling on my stove and along the baseboards and I stay on the 2nd floor. I wont complain to much because all my troubles have came more towards the end of my lease which of course I will not renew even if I had to rent a home in the hood of Grand Prairie. Ive been living here since March 2014 and Ive seen my share of managements and this is by far the most unacceptable. Without getting into great details, Im the type of guy who likes to stay clear and out the way. I totally understand what apartment managers go through so as long as my key turns to my door and I can sleep at night I wont say a word. Ill say this much 2014 when I was paying $1200/month the quality of service from both office and management was over the top. I use to brag about my apartments and the staff. 2018 paying $1600/month the quality is as if I pay $800 a month in a dallas housing authorities complex. Every time you call the office during business hours no one ever answers and never return voicemails. Dont drive to the office during business hours the doors are locked. Last but not least dont call maintenance to fix something come back to your apartment with that fixture being bootlegged/rigged

Staying here started out ok.. as long as you were home by a certain time you could always find parking.. lately here with the new tenants that moved in has brought problems with them.. whoever these new neighbors are, (Karin Dyer) keeps blasting their music, having domestic arguments, banging on my bedroom wall while were sleeping thinking were the noisy ones.. My girlfriend car has been keyed/scratched up and looks like attempted robbery. Because we have limited parking and only TWO VISITORS SPOTS, the front office advised us as long as we had a parking sticker we could park by the fire lane by the trash can.. So for two years of staying here, myself and other tenants park there.. last week i wake up to go to the airport and my car is GONE!! It had been towed!! I go to the office and tell them.. and their response is.. well we have a new management group and a new towing company as of three weeks ago.. So why wasnt their letters sent out to inform us of this? Im sure if the other tenants and myself knew of this we wouldnt park their.. some still park there because they do not know.. they still havent contacted me back about this matter and that was $300 out my pocket weeks before Christmas.. i had to send my sister to the airport without all of her and her 8 month old baby belongings because my car had been towed.. i just had Grand Prairie Police come bang on my door and wake me up out of my sleep because of other neighbors and their domestic issues.. my girlfriend wants us to stay another year but i cant.. this is becoming ridiculous and i find myself pissed off about something dealing with these apts every week.. Maintenance guys are cool and so is the front desk girl.. but these issues are out of their league and must be dealt with by upper management who never seems to be in office.. I CANT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP!! NEVER EVER AGAIN

My husband and I really like this apartment. One of our main concerns is the cockroaches.... We are clean people but somehow we have huge cockroaches that come in through our kitchen somehow. The apartments come and spray every time we ask but for some reason they keep coming back. I'm talking about cockroaches as long as my middle finger.. HUGE! our dishes are always clean, our food is always stored and put away so no idea how or why they keep getting into our apartment.

I'll start with the bad and end with the good. There was barely any parking. If you weren't home by 7, you had to really search for parking. Don't let the surveillance notice on the gate lull you into a sense of security. It only faces the leasing office. Found that out after our apartment was broken into. Some tenants like to play their music loudly in the parking lot. Now the good. Staff was very friendly and attentive. So were the maintenance guys. The pool was nice when it was clean. It was an ok living experience. My neighbors were very nice, but I was glad when the lease was up.

They are very sweet people and seem to have their hands tied by management. Lawn crew busted my gate (as in broke the door off the hinges) and when I went to the office they werent surprised and said it happens to a lot of residents... what? I dont see how thats acceptable or professional. Theres a big roach problem this year for whatever reason as well. Management blames it on the weather and says that with the weekly sprayings that are done should be enough... Ive had multiple roaches in my apartment everyday for the past two months even though the pest control expert has sprayed the inside of my apartment twice... looks like Ill have to live with roaches until my lease is up..

I have lived here for all of a month and a half... I have had consistency issues will noisy neighbors, I can hear everything. My upstairs neighbors have children that run around at all hours, my downstairs neighbors blast their TV and I can hear every bit of it, and my neighbor that I share my bedroom wall with throws parties on the weekends. Not to mention, my car was broken into last week and I have asked to look at the video footage considering there is a big sign on the gate saying monitored by cameras 24hrs a day only to find out its not. Parking is terrible. I live in a building where there is only TWO visitor spots for the entire building (roughly 24 units), and they won't give guest passes or a temporary pass if you have a loaner car, so basically you are screwed. For more than 3 weeks we have had an issue with our water in our fridge and they came TWICE and said they fixed it, but never tested the water. Now they delayed it another week and say they will have to replace the door. I have had to call and check every time. The office has said they will call me back and don't, and I have been waiting to hear from the manager about the break in on my car for over a week. The only thing I can say nice is the poor girl at the front desk tries to help me and is very sweet, but she is powerless to get anything done.

These apartments are the most Overpriced, and thinnest walls I've ever had the pleasure of living in. It's a dead zone unless you have wifi. They charge you for the simplest things. We put out our trash 2 hrs early and was charged a $50 fee. We had a balance of .23 cent and they said they couldn't take our $1065.00 rent because it was partial payment. They make you feel like we are only $. We've been here for over 2yrs and we've seen tons of management go in and out. We will not be renewing our lease with Lakeside villas. Everything looks great from the outside, but if you don't like hearing your neighbors entire conversations( including them doing the dirty) my advice to you would be to look elsewhere. Especially with the price they charge you to live here. Oh, let me add the gates are always broken. There's no parking. Let me add in again that they try to find anything to charge/fine you for. When we moved here we was told that cable was free, which was a lie. We're still being charged for cable even though we have a plan with spectrum. So we're basically paying for two cable plans. Please look elsewhere and weigh your options. We went for looks without looking at the reviews or asking current tenants. Never again will we make this mistake when it comes to our living environment. Good luck and may the odds be in your favor.

I absolutely love everything about Lakeside Villas. I must say this so far has been the BEST apartment experience I have ever had. The office staff are amazing. They also have a great maintenance team! It's pretty safe and quiet at night. I really hate I'm moving:( #Ihighlyrecommend

We've been here almost a year and plan on being here for a while. Lakeside Villas has been a great place to live so far. Staff is always helpful and anytime we've ever had an issue, and they help us get stuff fixed right away if anything is wrong. There are always lots of events going on during the week too. Ones that are kid friendly as well as adult friendly ones. Plus as a bonus, when you move in, they have their own moving truck you can use. (which is a huge help). I would recommend this apt complex to anyone looking for a great community to live in. Lots of younger couples and young families live here so there is always a lot of activity going on. But everyone is friendly and respects your space. Best apartment I've lived in so far!

Vanessa Hill was the one who did our paperwork and she is sweet, super friendly and thoughtful. She explained to us all the details of the lease. We are very pleased with the treatment received, and this place is very welcoming. We love it!

She has made the application process so smoothly and easy...She is so nice and friendly!! She gave us step by step of what we needed to do. I can't wait till we move into our place. 1 bedroom apartment and the place is NOT insulated well at all...I could here my neighbor snoring, when his alarm clock goes off, what channel he is watching on TV. Management was horrible except for the one guy that works at the front office. When we first signed the contract they told us they would go ahead and give us the one week if we wanted to move in early and then later on came back and told us we needed to pay the prorated price for that week. They also failed to mention that cable fee would be tacked onto each month's rent. The two ladies in the front office were very slow to help with anything but very quick to take your rent. When it came time to move out, they told us we never turned in a 2 months notice when we clearly handed them a written letter months prior and was reassured that it would be filed. WORST PLACE EVER RENTED FROM!!!!

nicest place on the block plenty of security and yes walls are a lil thin but hey what apartment homes have well insulated walls cmon guys grow up its an apartment i have great neighbors and everyone is friendly staff is great and we got plenty of amenitys and very professional maintenance people i love this place and very well located so dont be fooled this a good place to live compared to the rest of the apartments around arlington might just be top five.
