- 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and 1 bedroom used an office with 1 futon. Note: futon can be replaced with an additional queen bed to add an additional 2 tenants. Additional rent amount will apply.
- Utilities included in monthly rent- Water, Gas, Electricity, and AT&T Fiber WiFi.
- Central air and heat, stainless steel appliance, updated bathrooms, washer and dryer inside the home. Each room has a ceiling fan. Smoke detectors in every room.
- Kitchen is equipped with gas stove, full size fridge with ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker and grinder, pots and pans, and tableware.
- Fenced in yard with outdoor eating area and built in firepit. Smoking is only permitted outside the home.
- The home is at the end of the street providing a calm and quiet stay.
- Walking distance to Mi Familia Park and trail.
- Minimum 3 month lease.
- $1,700 security deposit required. Renter's insurance required.
- Application Fee will be credited to first month rent if accepted.
- Following requirements must be met:
* Income must be 3x rent and can be verified by payment stubs or tax returns.
* Good credit score (negotiable based on deposit and rental history).
* No criminal records, bankruptcy or eviction history.
* No subletting.
