We are updating our apartments as they become available with all new paint, flooring, appliances, window treatment, vanities, and more! Covered, off street - assigned parking is available and we have on-site laundry rooms attached to each set of apartment buildings. A monthly flat fee of $60.00 covers the gas, water, sewer, and trash. Electric and WiFi are extra and your responsibility.
