Ideally situated between two of Cape Ann's most beautiful beaches; Long Beach and Good Harbor. This one level home has an open-plan kitchen and dining area with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a gas range. The sunny living room has large windows and a flat screen tv over the decorative fireplace.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and a slider door leading to the deck. The other two bedrooms both have queen beds. The full bath has a shower tub, and the half bath doubles as a laundry room with a washer and dryer. There's also a three-season sunroom with a pullout sofa and a sliding door to the backyard and deck.
The deck overlooks the spacious yard and features a patio dining set with an umbrella for shade. There is also a hot and cold-water outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after the beach. Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway.
Water/sewer included. Electric and gas included up to $425/mo.
Internet/cable ready at tenant's expense.
