It's a well-appointed getaway with a modern kitchen, cozy living room, finished basement and three bedrooms. The first floor has a half bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. Walk out to the deck to enjoy the serenity of the marsh views.
Upstairs are three bedrooms; two queen rooms and one with twins, along with a full bathroom in the hall. The finished basement includes a washer/dryer, pullout couch for additional sleeping, and a door leading out to the fully enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower where you can rinse off after a swim at the beach. There's off-street parking for up to four cars in the driveway.
