Perfect! This should be your first stop. Was very difficult deciding where to live. Im a picky person. First, staff in rental office r very helpful and welcoming. Besides valet service, trash pick up, parks , pool, great community. What more could u ask for. How about a loft, balcony, working fireplace and 24hr professional and friendly maintenance and a great location(also clean and spacious) This review is deserved. I have been very pleased with my 7 year experience at Park Station. They've been prompt in responding to my service requests and the property is well maintained. However, I have one major problem: Montgomery County and the City of Gaithersburg guidelines require that the month's rent must be paid by the 10th. On the 11th, a late fee may be charged and the apartment complex can file with the court. Every apartment complex follows that guideline except Park Station. They have chosen to file with the court if the entire month's rent is not paid by the 1st of the month. They started recently filing on the 2nd and will add a late fee on the 11th. Shame on you! I'm on a fixed income and I manage to pay my full month's rent prior to my court date on the rare occasion when I can't pay in full by the 1st. The parent company, Dolben, apparently lacks an individual who actually has either an economics or business degree let alone any actual business experience. Let's take this to it's natural conclusion. If a senior whose income is SSA. gets 3 or 4 judgments, I could be evicted. If that happens, Park Station/Dolben will have to turnover the apartment and It will be vacant for 1or 2 months. Plus, since it takes 120 days to actually go through with an eviction, they won't get one red cent from me. Those of you who have even a basic grasp of how a good business should be run, should be apalled at this.

I have turned a maintenance request to fix the AC in my unit but nobody has checked it and nobody called me about this concern. The next day, I called their emergency maintenance line and left a message to fix the AC because its not working. I waited until 1 AM for someone to come and check it BUT NOBODY CAME! So, their emergency maintenance is fake! I have lived in different apartments in Georgia and their emergency maintenance is available 24/7. Its summer and I have been dealing with this AC problem for two days already.

If your thinking or renting at Park Station please be warned. My boyfriend lives there and he has had issues of rodents ( small mice) in his apartment for almost a year, several times he has gone to management and they have not done anything to solve the problem. He has bought sticky paper several time and has captured mice and has taken pictures to show management. They still did not do anything promising they would but they didn't do anything. He even stayed in a hotel because the mice situation he had small holes in his kitchen corner walls from rodents and still Management doesn't send pest control!!!! Not to mention he has ants, he had water damage from leaking pipes that leaked into an electrical outlet from the apartment above and they didn't even fix the damage or resolve issue for over a month. There management do not put their tenants first. Seriously RODENTS and still they don't send pest control. I would not recommend these apartments. Finally 3 months later and 4 mice caught today they had pest control come out....!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE !!!!! DONT' RENT HERE....
