While apartment shopping, I toured 12 apartments. Gaithersburg Station was the very first apartment we toured, and we EASILY booked an appointment online. We met Jasmine, and she is the best leasing agent in the area hands down. She is sweet, funny, and she keeps it REAL!! She provided us with a map of the building, highlighted key areas and where our desired unit would be. We called back 12 days later and we were easily able to schedule a second tour over the phone. The apartment, courtyards, gym, and pool areas were beautiful (Hallway floors were dirty, but I blame the residents. They were walking In the hallways soaking wet from the pool and dropping food. ) We spent a lot of time here and out of the 12 complexes we saw, this was in our Top 2 and the only apartments we came back for a 2nd tour. Unfortunately we did not lease here, they had the exact unit I wanted, but it was not available for my targeted move in date. Other than that, we would have moved-in in a heart beat. We absolutely LOVED Jasmine and I kinda want to stop by just to hang out with her haha. I highly recommend you come tour here, we had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Thank you Jasmine!

Gaithersburg Station has been my home for the last 8 years, and I honestly can say I love it here! The consistency among the office staff to the maintenance team has been my biggest rave. This place is well maintained. The management and the maintenance teams are second to none. Very efficient and professional. I love the fact that landscaping is on the property on a weekly basis. Location is key because you're next to a major highway. I recommended the place for two of my friends who already have been living here for over a year and we share the same opinion about this place! Oh lastly, the price was and still is below average!
