Please do not sign a lease here. The ladies that own the complex are extremely mean and unwilling to help. The washers and dryers rarely work properly and I've had to run the dryer 3 times for my clothes to fully dry. They will complain and send you letters for having just about anything on the back patio. One lady's attitude resembles that of a rattle snake, she even hisses if you get too close. The day I moved into the apartment was a Saturday and the lady was hesitant to meet me then because she wasn't in the office. When she finally agreed to meet us on Saturday, she called us twice before we got there and asked us where we were, acting like she had something else more important to do than run her business. We were not late, actually we were right on time. We show up and she's wearing a bathing suit! Hahaha, she did have something better to do... swim. Speaking of swimming, the pool here is the size of a bathtub and random people that don't live in the complex come to the pool and swim all the time. They do not ask people if they live there or police the pool in any way.
There are too many problems wrong with this place and my hands are getting tired. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE.
