I'm currently a Sophomore at UF & I've lived at Royale Palms for almost 2 years now & I really have enjoyed my time living here and being a resident with Trimark Properties. Royale Palms has everything I've needed as a college student- location right near campus, spacious bedrooms, large kitchens, and perfect size bathrooms. I lived in a 2 bedroom style apartment last year and now I'm living in a 3 bedroom style apartment this year. Both of these apartments have been the perfect amount of space for my roommates and I. I chose to live at Royale Palms again this year because the location is perfect for me since I eat my meals at my sorority house just a street over and I can walk to my classes & my work under ten minutes. I would recommend Royale Palms to any college student since the apartments are comfortable and spacious and are in a safe location right next to Norman Hall and Sorority Row

Schools
Data provided by GreatSchools
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
