I can't wait for my lease to end. The people in the office are nice but I'm now going on two weeks with my downstairs toilet being broken and a week with my upstairs toilet being broken. The company knows about a sewage problem but has done nothing to fix it and they are hard to get in touch with when there is a problem. Reception in the apartment itself is horrid and you can hear neighbors banging around through the walls.

Loud and sketchy. Whether it's your neighbors or the neighboring complexes, you will hear music playing constantly with loud base. There are unsupervised children running around all the time, and everything just gets louder and more active on the weekends. The rooms are spacious and the grounds are well kept, but I'd trade all of that for not having to call the cops another time for a noise complaint. This area is just over all bad, you can hear people arguing about drugs and screaming at their children through the fence....and people park right up to your window and blare music at 3am. There's better places for you, unless noise isn't an issue for you. Personally I shouldn't have listened to some of these other reviews saying this place was "quiet".

I think the staff is very nice but overall the building are very old walls are very thin. I can hear my neighbors in there bathroom talking . The water is always being cut off . Due to them trying to fix things.The parking here sucks at night dont think you will have a spot to park if you go out at night. Things fall apart such as kitchen cabinets and draws and they wont re do the counter top until you move out even if you have been living here over 4 years . The only reason why Im still staying here is the area other then that I would move . Its not a place to live at if you want some peace and quite plus the parking .

I've lived in Pinetree Gardens for the past few months. The team is very welcoming and accommodating and helpful. The property is a bit old, however it is well kept. If you are looking for a quiet place with privacy I would recommend Pinetree Gardens.
