I moved in about a month and a half ago and for the most part everything has been great. My only complaint is the fact that I have been waiting for my mailbox key since my move-in date and every time I have tried to communicate with the people in the office, I get told that it hasnt been made, isnt ready, or theyll physically hand deliver it to me. Its been the same conversation over and over again and Im always being told that someone will email me. Its been a month and a half, how long does it take to make a key If it was going to take this long, I could honestly make it myself. Other than this particular situation, I really dont have any complaints.
