Lived at the Cove for over 6 years and even through staffing changes and updates they have exceeded our expectations. We even had someone run into our garage and they allowed free storage down the street to help compensate the loss that wasn't their fault. Every time we made an inquiry for anything they quickly responded and did what was right. A special thank you Ashleigh, Bassem for making it feel like home. We will miss staff and the many of the great neighbors!

This complex is the best place I have ever lived. They are so nice and they always work with you if needed. They respond very quick. I would recommend them to anyone and I will continue to resign my lease and continue to stay here.

Excellent maintenance by main crew. Hired ground crew has blown dirt an leaves all over my car in the past. Burning cigarettes fall thru split-floor upper deck to my deck below. My bicycle was stolen off my deck. Very nice Apartment unit. Very professional office staff.

Pretty average. The maintenance takes care of most problems fast. Friendly leasing agents. Sometimes hard to reach the main office. Depending on what unit you get the view and surrounding area are pretty nice but some Units have horrible views and are in spots where you can't get any parking. Overall the last several months have been well. I think I definitely got lucky with the unit I'm in due to the other side of the complex having less parking and being packed in to a smaller area. Definitely better than virtually every other property in the area! Would feel a lot better if the security dealt with people loitering than just messing with the resident cars who can't find parking. Seems like we have a lot of people who don't belong here just wandering around but it's mostly just cars that the security messes with and I'd rather not pay for that kind of service.

Overall, my experience living at The Cove was sub par to say the least. When we first moved in everyone was sweet, nice and worked with us pretty well. We paid our rent on time, never really had any reason to go bug the people in the office or had a maintenance request. A few months before our lease was up we decided to go into the office to see about resigning the lease and possibly just transferring into a bigger apartment. We were told that the lady who "handled transfer requests" was out for the day and that she would call us Monday. Okay, no big deal. We never heard from her. We even went into the office on MULTIPLE occasions to see about speaking with her. But, she was never there. Go figure, right? So, we just figured they didn't want our business anymore and decided to find somewhere to move to. So, we move out and spend TWO WHOLE WEEKENDS cleaning the apartment and shampooing the carpets thinking that we are going to get our whole deposit back as there was no damage to the apartment and it looked way better than when we originally moved in. I was even told by a member of the staff working in the office that the apartment looked amazing. So, two weeks later I get a letter from The Cove saying that we owed them $17 and they charged for EVERYTHING. I mean, charged us for cleaning, charged us for shampooing the carpets, paint touch up, almost everything you could ever imagine just to make sure we never got our deposit back. Just a bunch of cheapskates. Neighbors were awful, always fighting at all hours of the night.. Slamming doors and always causing a scene no matter what. The laundromats are also awful, people taking up all the machines then leaving their clothes there even when they're finished being washed and dried not allowing anyone else to use them because they'll just come back with more laundry. Yes, it is a beautiful place to live, the pond is gorgeous and the grounds are pretty as well. It just doesn't make up for the management staff and ghetto tenants.
