I have been living here at the Villagio for two years now and it has been nothing short of a great but hot mess...
I have been living here at the Villagio for two years now and it has been nothing short of a great but hot mess to say the least. Quality of living in terms of the property as a whole is great! The interior is beautiful, just really wish they did a better job at maintaining the red carpet. No reason why for two years now there are just more and more dirty stains throughout the hallways. As for the unit itself, its definitely not the worst especially for in the Fayetteville area. Does not compare in my opinion to the Addison Ridge but you will not find anything as good here. Ive had major problems with leaking from the ceiling in corners near my balcony for months now and previous owners didnt do much but paint over the decaying and rotting paint wall. I wish the management as a whole did a better job at choosing tenants as well, because some of these people just have no self awareness or consideration for taking care of things that are not theres like the grill provided in the pool area, the movie theatre and gym. Overall 3/5 stars because not top notch but definitely not the worst!

I love staying here at The Villagio!! It is very nice, spacious, and clean apartment complex with a family oriented feel to it. The manager is vey sweet, always making time to check in on the residents, while also getting to know everyone personally to meet their needs while here. All while still managing the facility. Not to mention they are always available when needed to answer questions and resolve issues that has arisen. I would highly recommend this apartment complex if you are looking for a nice, quiet, and cozy community to live in whether you are single, married, retired or have children.

The Villagio is honestly the best place to live in Fayetteville! The building is absolutely gorgeous. Everyday when you come home you feel like youre in a hotel and I love it! There is a movie theatre, pool, a beautiful gym, and a lobby!
All of the residents are nice and keep to themselves.
The owners are super sweet and really care about the residents! It is literally the best place to call home!
Plus the bathrooms are huge and so are the walk-in closets.
Living at the Villagio feels like youre just living in luxury! If you are wondering whether or not to move here, I PROMISE it will be the best decision you make!

What an amazing experience! Ive viewed many homes so far and this is by far my number one choice for so many reasons. Not only was April extremely professional and polite but she really cared about me and my needs while searching for a new place to call home. Thank you so much for helping me through this process, moving is always stressful but April has really helped and answered every single question I have had along the way. This complex is extraordinary, beautiful, super clean, and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. If I could give this place a 10 star I most definitely would!
