Home features Eat In Kitchen, granite countertops, white cabinets and tiled backsplash, washer & dryer hookups conveniently located in the kitchen, bedroom has two entry doors to enter the hallway which gains access to the bathroom or 2nd door to kitchen. Tenants will be charged an additional $35 per month for water/sewer service. Photos are representational as floor plans and appliance colors may vary.
Applicants must have a 650 credit score with no prior evictions. Verifiable income will also need to be provided (check stubs, LES, award letters) 3x the monthly rent amount to meet income requirements. Deposits are non-refundable if applicant cancels. Admin Fee - $75 per adult due at move in. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Applicant(s) are not approved until all information is submitted and notified of approval by Cresfund Property Management. We do not accept co-signers.
Pet Policy: No cats unfortunately. Pets must be at least 2 years old and are Maximum of 2 pets and maximum weight of 90 lbs. There is a non refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. Monthly pet rent ranges from $15-45 per pet. Required to submit a photo and up to date vet and shot records of pet prior to approval for pet.
