The office manager Shirley is not a decent being! She is racist and very nasty, I was wrongfully asked to leave the premises in May and my family and I have been homeless ever since! She threatened me in to believing that if I attempted to take her to court I would most likely lose my case and have an eviction on my record. So in fear and the inability to hire a lawyer, I left.
She accused my son of damaging property that i was NEVER allowed to see, nor was I billed for. The police officer involved told me that my son was not responsible and was escorted home. She obtained a bb gun from another child and simply accused him because of his race. She also told me that my neighbors "hated" me, but upon speaking with them that was proved to be a lie! I am actively working on a lawsuit!

Landmark is the worst place to live. The manager Shirley treats people with no respect. She will act as if she is better. The carpet is NASTY!!! My grandmother lived there Also and they never changed the carpet in either apartments and you can shampoo the carpet every day over the week and it will still be NASTY, black, sticky and it smells. There is also drug action all in those apartments. Never miss a day of seeing cops busting in apartments. Also there is shootings. I have founds drug paraphernalia on the play ground. They are INFESTED with Bedbugs! And they will never treat them right. They shouldn't even get one star. I am very disappointed with how Shirley has treated me and other tendents.

Landmark Village Apartments suck the manager Shirley isn't the best she treat people wrong. Those apartments have a real bad sewage problem over there.
