Absolutely wonderful management & building. This is my second year living here and I could not ask for more! Shayla & Shrista in the office are always helpful. The building is upkept very nicely and the parking is great. Wonderful community feel here with fellow community members as well. A1 roommate matching.

My roommates and I found this place last year and we absolutely love it. The complex is clean, has a bunch of different amenities such a gym, cute rooftop place , and they even help you take out your trash when you put it infront of your door. Location wise, The Flats is convenient during football season since they are right by it but I will say during the year, its a bit far from campus. If you have a car, transportation wont be a problem but if you dont have a car; you would have to take the 79X bus to get to campus. Overall, its a really nice place and Shrista who works at the front desk is always really nice. Highly recommend especially if you are a student.

I love it here! The resident events that they do are always really fun and the community is extremely clean. My expectations have been more then exceeded here. The amenities are great, that staff is extremely nice and helpful, and it feels like home here. Very happy that I chose to live here. Its made the transition into college much easier. And I love how close I am to the bus stop for campus and autzen stadium for the games. 300/10 recommend

Going on my second year of living here and am so happy I ended up in this place! I come from out of state and was always worried about safety. I love the system the flats has! The management team is extremely helpful and are always on top of getting things done quickly! Theres always tons of fun activities and cool amenities!! Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for housing!

This property truly gives you a great student living experience. I felt safe, comfortable, and felt like everyone got along pretty well . The staff was extremely nice and helpful whenever I needed them and they are very good at roommate matching, and making sure that you feel at home by putting out snacks and stuff like that. Everything is clean and well kept. If I wasnt moving away I would be staying for another year no doubt. I loved that they let me hang stuff up on the walls too and werent picky about how my living area was kept. If I come back to oregon I will definitely be living here again and Id recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great living experience.
