I personally had a pretty good experience. Staff and management were kind and helpful, they worked closely with me in transferring me to a different unit due to a horrible roommate situation, and later helped find someone to take over my lease when I needed to move out early. The only reason why I don't give them a 5 star is simply due to quality, you will get what you pay for. There are the occasional homeless roaming around, parties in some units, and issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

you get what you pay for. there are landlord specials (such as damaged interior that shouldnt be painted having been painted over instead of fixed). the area is not too rambunctious but dont expect to sleep super well if youre woken up easily. difficult to get maintenance out or anything actually fixed. its small but comfortable. however, the people in the office are always kind and i am grateful for a living space of my own.
