When submitting your application you will need to provide at least the last three months worth of paystubs/proof of income. All applications must have income verification attached to be accepted.
• Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent.
? Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc.
• A minimum of two rental references or 4 years worth of rental history whichever is greater.
• Once approved a $40 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $50 for out of state reports.
We DO NOT charge an application fee to turn in applications.
