Due to my career I have always been from apartment to apartment in multiple cities and this complex has been my best experience from beginning to end by far. Moving in was a breeze and the staff was always more than helpful and enjoyable to speak to at anytime. The amenities from the pool house, gym and things to do nearby were also great. Any maintenance ever needed were handled immediately. My move out was just as easy as my move in. I am sad to leave but if I return to El Paso I will definitely be back! thank You to all the staff who made my stay here very enjoyable.

The worst experience ever!!! I Don't recommend to anyone. We lived there for about 2 years in the same apartment, the upstairs neighbors were always loud the second year I called the office several times and they wouldn't do anything about it. when we left the apartment we didn't get our deposit back and got charged for the apartment not being clean when I paid a company to clean the entire apartment except the carpet because they told us not to clean it (I don't see how they are saying it was dirty). I never received a notice for this charges and I was sent to collections and that is what hurts me the most. I feel that they are just in for the money and not to help their tenants.

Great place to live. I lived here for a little over a year and no complaints with the property itself. Staff is great and very helpful with the exception of a condescending property manager. She is rude and short when answering questions. She does not respond to emails quickly and is dismissive. If your looking for a quiet place to live, this should be your new home. Just avoid the caddiness in the back office.

Earlier today I was threatened to be arrested by a security guard. I had an issue with someone else at the time and yelled...
Earlier today I was threatened to be arrested by a security guard. I had an issue with someone else at the time and yelled out security. When he came by 5-10 minuets later, the issue I had with the person was resolved. The security guard comes up to my family and I in a rude fashion and asks us who called security. I told him that I did and then he tells me to put my phone down and to stand up... I did that and talked to him. He states that he was in the law enforcement and that he could have me arrested. He never asked why I yelled it out. After the conversation we had I had stated that I was sorry and went on with my day. Shouldn't it be his duty to question why I yelled out security instead of threatening to arrest me. Unfortunately i have to rate this place to post this.

Excellent management! Everyone in the office are extremely nice and helpful! Heather, Maria, and Ansley will all go above and beyond to help residents and future residents. Me and my roommates love the free Starbucks coffee at the clubhouse and the modern gym area! I only have good things to say about Avalon West and everyone in it! Me and my fianc are looking forward to resigning our lease!
